Guided distribution to end in 2017

Today, HMRC chief executive Jon Thompson has announced the very welcome end to guided distribution in performance reviews from April 2017.

Compensation Scheme 2016: final offer to be implemented

The final offer negotiated by FDA, and some other unions, will now be implemented. It was accepted by 89% of FDA members participating in our recent ballot, and will apply to all ARC members working in HMRC.

HMRC withdraws from Civil Service graduate recruitment scheme

HMRC has now withdrawn from the Civil Service Fast Stream and will run its own graduate recruitment for 2017, and the position for future years will be reviewed. This decision will no doubt be welcomed by all those who have been involved over past years.
